When a relative likes to come to Canada to need to be accepted for the government.


First, a Canadian citizen or permanent resident fill out an application to CIC to sponsor him.


The Canadian citizen or permanent resident is named Sponsor.


If It is accepted, wonderful, amazing but if It is refused, can appeal.


The sponsor flies an appeal with the IRB within 30 days.


A member of IAD considers the appeal and it may be sent to Alternative Dispute Resolution.


The appeal may be allowed or dismissed.


Affter that CIC grants permanent resident visa or denies that.
